2008 Corvallis Contradance Weekend (Almost) Online Registration

At this time, the dance is nearly full. We can accept no more women. A few men would be welcome.

The online registration form is a partial online registration form. You may use it to pre-register online to reserve your place at the weekend. The process sends you an email which you must then print and return with your payment to complete the registration process.

Whether you register online or through the mail, you must send your registration fee by mail.

Although we will reserve a place temporarily when you submit your form, we cannot hold that place for you if your payment doesn't arrive soon afterward.

Be sure to send a copy of your invoice with your payment so we will be able to match it to your online registration!

The registrars encourage you to fill out the form online whether you submit it electronically or print it and send by regular mail: Computer generated text is much easier to read!

The form is designed for registering either one person, or two people as a "lead and follow couple". You may also order buttons for non-dancers.

If you need to register more than two people in a single group, please register one or two at a time and be sure to mention the other people in your group, in the comment box on each form.

After filling out the online registration form, you may submit it online imediately or print it out and mail it in. Submitting online will send you an email invoice which you should print and return with your payment

(We do prefer that you submit online: You are much more likely to enter your information exactly right than we are to transcribe it exactly right.)

Don't forget that there is a $10.00 Late registration fee for applications submitted after January 15th.

If you wish to print your form, you may use the page preview mode of your browser to see that it fits all on one page. Most browsers will print the form on one page if you set the font size appropriately. For instance, Firefox allows you to set the "scale" from the print preview page and Internet Explorer allows you to choose a smaller font in the View menu when filling out the form.
